Before reporting a problem

1. Confirm that the page is a normal http:// or https:// website. Chrome blocks extensions on internal pages and the Chrome Web Store.
2. Open PagePatch and confirm that the current website shows Ready.
3. Reload the page and try the action once more.
4. If a website changed its layout, delete the outdated rule and pick the element again.

What to include

• PagePatch version;
• Chrome version;
• website address;
• the action you expected and what happened instead;
• a screenshot, if it does not expose private information.
